The Dog Is Not a Problem for the Family

The dog is struggling on large parts of its walk because it can't manage itself. But the dog is also getting to go for long walks, going lots of places and for at least large parts of the walk, the dog is fine. It's a trade-off society. The owner of the pet needs full information. And from there, they can make a decision. They can say, you know what? I don't like it.
