The Story of John Newton
John Newton was born in 1725 and he would die in 1807. His journey is actually a little bit more complex than most people know about as well It usually goes that he worked as a slave trader until he had this conversion moment Which is true but getting to that point where he was a slave trader is a different journey and a darker journey as well He ends up in the Navy kind of forced into the Navy when he went to go visit some friends and he hates it.
