Whitey Bolger's Experience in Prison

One prisoner infamous mob affiliate, Whitey Bolger, was experimented on as part of this program while he was in prison and spoke of his experience later on. He said he experienced quote, total loss of appetite, hallucinating. The room would change shape. Hours of paranoia and feeling violent. We experienced horrible periods of living nightmares and even blood coming out of the walls. I saw a camera change into the head of a dog. No, I don't believe in torture. Obviously. That guy is responsible for the murder of like a hundred people. It's bad. He's real bad.
