The Importance of a Relationship With an APP Physician

I think the thing that I value most is the willingness to grow and learn. If we're both open-minded about our strengths, our weaknesses, our things that we want to get better at, then that's where the relationship gets really interesting. It does seem though, one of the challenges when you have people you're working with who have this a lot of variety in their experience level. And there's kind of a fine line between that and people sort of not wanting or seeming to want any teaching.
