The Importance of Sleep

Most people dream about five times a night and those dreams become progressively longer. Often the emotional tone of that final dream is the thing that sets you for your mood for the day. If you're unlucky enough to have a negative dream, then the days will start quite so well. We've had a question from listener Olivia about her dream. And she asks, why are some dreams so vivid and they stay with you? Whereas the vast majority we forget? You're saying it's just the kind of the bias. We forget the boring ones. Where the vivid, exciting ones wake you up. So that's what you end up remembering.
