Is the State Good in Managing State Enterprises?
I don't think that the state is good in managing state enterprises. I mean, you might have some exceptions, but I think that the private sector can do that in a better way. So there needs to be the possibility to promote the conditions for everybody to have similar opportunities. It doesn't matter where they are born. And I think that's where the focus of the state should be.
