College Administrators Are Like Lawyers

i'm sure they learn important things in the education doctorate programmes, but it doesn't seem to me that they're learning much about their learning direction. And it should come from inside the faculty cadre, rather than these outsiders that have just earned a degree. They don't know anything about substance mate education. But they realy do believe that a high school history teacher will be better if he understands that he knows how to make a syllabus their way.
