I know best are those production collectives and communes I spoke of earlier going back to the 20s and early 30s. There is this scientific management of labor movement that was all of tailorism, right? Time and motion studies relying on the expertise of engineers to study the minutiae of the of labor activity. All of that comes to become part of Soviet labor practice to the expense of or at the expense of any really collective worker participation.
