The Importance of Tracking Your Revenue
80% of my activity has to be revenue generating. The other 20 % is leadership. It's communicating team, seeking up with them. All that is important, but it comes second to making revenue for the business. I highly recommend you use some sort of tracking soff or even a sprinche, to know how much revenue you're making every single month. You need to track your numbers. Like peter drucker says, the a godfather of marketing, what gets measured gets managed.
