The Importance of Heart Rate Variability in Training

Athletes are supposed to have some reductions in performance before we can supercompensate and then have better levels of performance. I think always consider more than training because many times training is going absolutely fine, but you know, we see changes in HRV because of a moving house or they've got a new dog. You always have to consider the whole more holistic approach to the athlete as well when you're looking at changes at the same time.
