The DoD's Ambidextrous Organization
The prime contractors have not been told that the world has changed. The DoD really hasn't embraced this notion of an ambidextrous organization one that can chew gum and walk at the same time. SpaceX is now launching on a cadence of every five, six days a week. And if you're not blowing things up on a regular cadence, you're not innovating fast enough. But here's another key idea: They don't exist as silos. So for example, the guys building the Starship are getting input from the guys launching the Falcons.
