How to Measure Outcomes in Role Maps
In my experience, you tend to in an outcome focused group. You tend to focus a lot more on that specific thing rather than reflecting on what is it that we're actually trying to achieve. I think as an example, we could have a performance optimization in technical services. And if someone comes up to you before you even stop the project and says, we need to scale horizontally, then that is maybe the way you're going to do it. But at the same time, be ambitious about the goals that you've set. It doesn't mean you have to get 100% there every time, but it does mean that you try to push the limit of what you can do.
