Eric Schmitz: I wanted to talk with you about your podcast, which is called " productivity beyond the to do list" He says he started out as a comedy show co-host and then branched out into other things. Now his focus is on how people can be more productive when they're not in control of their own time or dealing with personal issues such as relationship problems. SCHMITZ: So my approach is very much without being hippy-dippy, like I'm very much the guy who tries to get people on to have conversations with me for the benefit of the audience and myself in kind of a holistic way.
