The Importance of Communication in Science
Science is just as valuable as novels, but it functions differently. It's also a limited impact if you only contain it to academics. Academics communicate in a very particular way, not a very accessible way. And of course, there's also a translational process into society. We hardly teach them how to communicate well with our academics. we basically never teach them to speak to anyone else.
