I think there is a slightly unrealistic expectation on PhD students, but of course, also research faculty who are expected to teach as well. So it did feel sometimes like I'm slowing down my research in favor of something that really won't count in my favor professionally even if I think it's a good use of time. It's yeah, it's a challenge and I guess you just have to prioritize what you think you should do versus what, you know, how much you want to succeed.
