The bible focuses on scattering in the bad way, as a punishment. The book of mormon does shed some additional light on this and show us that scattering is inevitable. It's got to happen. But the choice is up to them whether they're keeping their covenants and working with god,. or whether they can go kicking and screaming into the other placesand do it the best way. If you read carefully, there's hints that they're doing this first for example, second through jacob six has ten-minute speech. We learn in the book of m Mormon, and i don't know if it shows up as much in the bibleyou let us know.
How is 2 Kings like the Book of Mormon? Dr. Joshua Sears explores how the Deuteronomistic History and the Book of Mormon are parallel in theme, language, and idea. We also discuss how the Ten Tribes became lost by forgetting they are covenant Israel.
