Nick Gillespie: Fixing flips have been so romanticized on HGTV and all these shows that we all watching, everyone thinks a fixing flip is so easy. He says it can actually be a very, a very risky investment strategy if not done correctly. "I buy real estate because I can make the value go up," he says. 'It's like really hard for me to get my head wrapped around' how houses are now selling for more than half a million dollars.
