The Topping Process Is Market Based Inflation Expectations

Inflation on a reported basis is up and to the right off the top of the chart. The bon market is starting to say, i think we're starting to peke out in inflation expectations terms. Deflation going back to a, you know, a for a while now. Could be a little bit worse for certain asset classes. Ah, but very bad for things like commodit physical commodities,. And so maybe this is a leading indicator of that sort of eventual transition to deflation. That's where both growth and inflation oure slowing it simultaneously. But also a litle bit better, if you think about bonds e potentially starting to rally.
