How Important Is It to Stand the Story Behind the Takeover Bid?

Sometimes it's easy to try and figure out what the narrative is that might be driving to take over. Other times, i think it's more difficult. We have a lot of success probably smaller companies. Once you start to get into bigger transactions, wite yor market caps a a billion dollars or more,  that obviously opens the poo you have potential poticipants. But I wouldn't say it somthgthing you'll always see something like this in your first year on the job. You just sort of pick the safest thing which appears to be best at the time. And then go from there. That's it.
