Is Gates More Powerful Than Warren Buffett?

There's groups of the public that don't trust him. But obviously he's made money and successfully implemented what he wanted to implement in the last couple of years. My impression is that his legitimacy as a leading voice in public health must have been compromised. Has his power been compromised? That's a whole different thing. He's got the power of himself and Warren Buffett. There has been this massive upward transfer of wealth to the top top tier of investors, including himself and Buffett. Where does he sit relative to the CCP? He's kind of like on their level now.
