Are You Using Motivation in Business?

Coaching practices are like 50 to 60 years out of touch and business is far behind that. Business still uses proven myths inside of its research, very similar to teacher education with the whole, hey, we are going to teach learning styles. That was debunked like 20 years ago, stop using it. But business are the same thing with other myths and psychology and misunderstandings slash over simplifications of research. I watched a video yesterday on YouTube where they did no research. They over simplified everything with what it is that we're saying. In this case, they were using motivation. It might not be the motivation you're talking about. And I want to get your take on this.
