How to Find Deals on an Online Classified Site
I decided to kind of restart my career in commercial and actually raise capital at that time before previously on the residential sector. So I started attempting NAOP so there's a monthly breakfast here in Tulsa. CCIM has a monthly luncheon too so I started just showing up and poking around. On top of that I was looking on a daily basis on LoopNet, Co-Star and then yeah these weird ones including Facebook and Craigslist. You know sometimes unsophisticated people that don't have access to LoopNet or Co-Star use these to find tenants and they're usually just owner operated.
