The Breaking of Bones in Palestine

Mitza Karavin was the defense minister at the time and he basically gave the green light for the Israeli soldiers to, if they saw Palestinian protesters or Palestinian boys throwing rocks. They would make them pay for it by literally holding them down and using rocks to smash their bones. The West Bank gets more rain than like some parts of the Pacific Northwest and a lot of that water goes directly to Israel.
