When people set an an listic girl, i find it as useful as setting a goal to be ten years younger. It is like expecting that you will be young and athletic, when this is impossible. You need social suppise on mede the people arond you, to cheer for you. I think back to the famous nike commercial, just do it. Nike basically built their brand off just it. But we're not of that mind said any more. We can lose some weight if we set our girl at a weiht that is just unrealistic. Having something that you are passionate about, that you need t work hard to get, brings you joy.
