Deep learning is really just this notion that you're doing multiple layers of machine learning. I think where it's going to disrupt is in replacing Job that are kind of more easily automated but not as easy to automate as just writing a short script. An insurance company recently started swapping out some of its claims adjusters or analysts with like, uh, a deep learning system.
