The Importance of Prioritizing

If I'm looking at the simulation on the left, I'm like, absolutely for certain 100%, I am going to get my number one priority feature. So it should be the most certain thing on the board. But if we look in the real world, if we're actually working on 10 things at a time, now my number one feature is not so certain. And what's shocking is, my number 15 priority feature is actually, I have more confidence in getting my 15 priority feature than I do in my one priority Feature.
