The IMF just came out with a very, very disordered new video on their website. They're basically telegraphing and staging how they're going to bail out the central banks. The IMF's plan is to create basically a new kind of currency and a new global currency. So it's the absolute definition of insanity using the same solution. It's not solving the problem and thinking you'll get a different result.
