When Marvin Gaye first came to Motown, he wanted... He said he was going to be the Black Frank Sinatra. But then we had a guy named Mickey Stevenson who was our first A&R director there. So they got together and wrote this song, Stu Minh Kinda Fellow. And then it was a hit. I got my mic. so Marvin started to become Marvin Gaye at that point.
