Pregnancy and Prenatal Depression
Fiona was diagnosed with post nodal depression after having her first child. She went on to have two more children and suffered from PMDD which is triggered by sensitivity to the hormonal changes that happen during pregnancy. While it might make sense that pregnancy would improve the symptoms of PMDD rather than exacerbate them Fiona says it's not always the case.
