If we have a complete idea about how targeting works and how it can affect people, not only voting but also knowledge,. polarization, I think then we can also make specific policies to see how we can use it in our election campaigns. The problem with the ad archives is that there are two things: We're not sure that complete, right? So it's really difficult to check that. And the other thing is that we don't know that much yet.
