The Role of Emojis in Employee Behavior
The biggest challenge we have is trying to understand and appreciate the level of education around interpersonal relationships that various employees in different organizations have. It doesn't make any difference whether you're in person or whether you're virtual, because at the end of the day, the same laws apply. We need to raise thelevel of education within organizations so people understand and appreciate what all the different emojis are.
