The Race of Stops in Frisk

In 52% of the 4.4 million stops on New York City streets during this time period, the person stopped was black and more than 50% of those stops were of a Hispanic person. The other that I think is probably more likely is that they just wanted to look in the guy's fucking pockets, that they weren't happy that this guy maybe was like giving him a little attitude,. And so they said they felt something and they went digging through his ship. Just a theory, maybe these cops feel like asserting their masculinity upon the people around them. That's just I'm just floating on.
