For most companies, it's less metrics than you might think. It's not a complex construct. Usually the businesses know what they want to optimize. They usually already have a game plan. And I think that was my biggest mistake that I made early in advising. But hey, if the CEO wants to talk about their beagle and how it plays in the garden, I'm going to happily do that for 10 minutes. Then it's worth it. Well, it's also worth it for me then. Yeah.
