The Importance of Open AI in Chat GPT

Chat GPT as we know it through open AI is like a 10%. It's like the actual larger parent, a da Vinci model. So it's like this dumb down version of the parent model that's specifically tuned for human conversation. You can just go get the model and you can tell it the ability to bomb you and do it every one with it. If I want to boot up on my own, my own model, it's going to cost me about $878 a month was the cheapest I could get it booted up because I needed enough storage.
