Would Our Sun Change Colour?

Our sun is not a yellow sun. The reason that you think it's yellow is because in kindergarten, when they give you a bit of paper, you try to draw white on a white background, you get nothing. We've adjust our eyes, evolved to sort of return it into a general white colour. After a little while, your eyes would adjust back to what you perceive with your processing in your retina and then in your brain. Effectively... ...is it can change for not long term?
