The Exclusion Zone of Water

Kineon is working on a laser that can penetrate deep enough to impact the mitochondria. The exclusion zone, or fourth phase of water, expands with light specific light and it really expands with infrared. This creates a charge between the mitochondria and or the cell, which dramatically influences energy production. If you have an injury and a joint, uh, like the shoulder or something like that, you want this increased energy production.
