There's always going to be people that pull themselves out from their bootstraps. We need to focus on the environment more than what is in the fishbowl. It doesn't require a whole hell lot of physical activity to make some really positive changes. If you can you don't need to be super active you just need to try to not be sedentary. The fitness space has been hard over the last year and a half.
