The nuts and bolts of trading are often invisible to somebody getting into the business. By taking a physical object and utilizing that as an analogy, then people could begin to go, okay, well, these are the kinds of things that I need to look for. So it was a heuristic, the word user, that was a way of helping build a strategy for them to start paying attention to things.
