Leaders have to stop telling people that, i think you'd be a great card manager. This may be unfair, but not hear baby sitting a customer any more. Your job is to grow that the start was, you make the decision. And until people realize that when i wake up every day, better really love what i'm doing, and i really want to do it anyways, I'm going to do it anyway.
