Jorge Mascanosa: Miami is the capital of hatred against Cuba in the world. "I grew up with Cesar Chavez and the United farm workers," he says. He was inspired to go to law school after hearing a debate about refugee law at Georgetown University. The 1980 Refugee Act, sponsored by Senator Kennedy, helped pave the way for today's immigration laws.
