Is There a Waiver Period for Hiring From Outside?
For you to go and take a job and go work in Canada, or whichever countries you're looking for, technically you are taking someone else's job. And less to say it was like the Wild West and anyone could go work anywhere, you are going to find some countries that get majorly imbalanced. What you need to demonstrate is that there's a Canadian employer who has a valid position for a person who is skilled in that particular occupation from that country.
