Creating a Lot of Autonomy in the Army
I joined the army about 2006 and between multiple different deployments as both a soldier and a defense contractor, I had the opportunity to build fostering coach teams. So I had to focus on teaching and enabling my team members to resolve problems quickly and independently. We worked in small teams to produce outcomes that were valuable to our leadership, received feedback on it quickly. And then we're able to adapt our approach to things as we move forward.
