Breathe life and happiness into those parts of your body. Allow them to relax. Acknowledge the sensation. Give it a hug. And tell them it's okay to feel that way. Next we're going to move on to our calves, knees and shins. What are you feeling? Are your calves tight? Or are they loose? Are they throbbing? Is there pain? And then your knees. One thing, is there pain? Is there no pain? Could they be tingling? What is the cause? Does it matter? Breathe in. The positive feeling. Relax as you breathe in. And out.
