How We Think About Compensation
The US market is by far like the most expensive market to hire from. And as I see like as we evolve, we actually want to pay higher and higher salaries. So that's a bit about our salaries and how we think about it. Yeah. That's pretty powerful. It's actually counter to what I would have thought. Because you don't really care about cost minuization or like paying as little as possible. A great designer, a great engineer, support person can bring in a lot more than you actually pay them. You know, at least how we look at this.
