When a family member brings in a loved one for a memory valuation, it is often not the happiest visit. And so when i'm communicating, i'm also communicating to them how i want them to feel about it, which is not ashamed and not afraid. So you bring that emotional context to the visit. The most difficult part of this initial visit is actually getting this chief complaint,. issues with driving, essentially, or concern with driving.
