The Importance of Causal Relations in Philosophy
There's this question of whether once something exists, whether it sort of automatically just keeps on existing. I think Aquinas would want to say no, it's not like that because just for the thing to keep going, that too is dependent God that team needs to support. That's a harder argument to make. There are base, you know, base level facts that you just sort of have to accept to get started in philosophy. And then there's this other question, does that mean that the world needs a cause, right?
