I think that frames it perfectly in the sense we can put a pin in a number of ideas I think we'll certainly circle back to as we go through this conversation. So while we do still talk about carb a lot, and I definitely talk about carb or carb containing food, it actually makes it a little bit more sense to consider sugars, starch and fibres quite separate. And then secondly, just knowing the percentage of our calories that come from carbohydrate probably doesn't give us a full picture unless we know what foods are pertaining to those.
