The Quantum of Intentions

It is through this practice of listening in a heightened state of awareness that I am able to affect the listening field and bear witness to war. As I listen, the sounds of war are not eradicated, but some despair in me and in the world at large perhaps is lifting. More energy is made available for harmonious action, whether emanating from body or mind. We humans have restorative skills as well as ignorant and destructive ones. Imagining deep listening, spreading throughout the world brings comfort. And understanding comes from listening impartially to the whole space-time of sound impartially. Not just what one is presently concerned about.
