We don't have data on how quickly the skills decay, but we do have anecdotal evidence that some of these experiences, particularly if they're vivid and emotional, stick with people. We were called in to try to change their mindset and convince them that management did not want them to take those kinds of risks. And then we heard anecdotally, and again, this is just an anecdote. That several months later, somebody had contacted the person who set up the training and he said, you know, I was in a situation and somebody needed me and I was about to go charging in. Just before I did, it flashed through my mind that I remembered that workshop that had gone through. So
