Omar: I think most powerlifters are just simply not very good at cutting and they don't have very solid behaviors that are supportive of it to where like, you know, restriction is what predicts regaining weight. So if you're physically on paper capable of getting to a lower weight class and not having too low of the body fat, but you're competing in a weight class higher than that, every time you cut, you then end up gaining weight afterwards.
